Not Your Average Booking Experience
The Glitter Lab isn't your typical employee based nail salon; we are a booth rental salon. This means that although we are working under the same brand and under the same roof, each nail artist is actually her own independent micro-business; aka we are each our own boss. Fierce, right? Though we all offer comparable services and use mostly the same products our hours, pricing, and service menus may differ. This is a very common set up in the beauty industry but less common for nail salons in our area. When you click on one of us to book you will only see the availability and service prices for that one artist. When you come in and pay for your service that money goes directly to the person that does your service, which is why our booking + payment sites are separate. The Glitter Lab was established as a place for independent nail artists to have creative, financial, personal, and professional freedom and a booth rental set up ensures that. We've answered some common questions below to help you navigate the process, but please feel free to reach out with any additional questions. *Please note that due to COVID social distancing requirements only Jess and Paige are performing pedicures at this time.
Q: What are your prices?
A: Prices vary from artist to artist based on design and service. If you have specific questions feel free to reach out and we can give you a range/estimate. If you click "book me" on any of our team members their specific price list will come up on their booking site.
Q: How can I book appointments with a friend or a party?
A: We have more restrictions than normal due to COVID-19 but you can easily compare our nail artist's schedules if you are looking for side by side appointments with a friend. If you need assistance please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call/text 603-312-3285 and we can help you through the booking process.
Q: Is it okay to see different nail artist each time I come in?
A: Absolutely! Yes we are all independent but we often share clients. We'd rather you get in when it suits your schedule than wait for an availability with one person. We are always happy to see you, no matter what chair you are sitting in.
Q: How do I choose a nail artist?
A: We encourage people to read our bios and view our portfolios on Instagram.
Q: Can I call to make an appointment?
A: We can absolutely help you book over the phone, however we do need new clients to complete the online booking process in order to enter payment information to secure the reservation. Also please keep in mind that we do not have a receptionist and often we are with clients during our business hours. We have online booking available 24/7 so that you don't have to wait for a call back to secure your visit with us.
